We pray for businesses, and teach others to pray effectively. Two things. One conviction: God is moving mightily in the marketplace.
We pray for you. And we equip you to pray. Both matter โ and they work best together.
Our team covers your business in focused, persistent intercession โ 100 to 120 man-hours of prayer per week.
You bring your business and your dreams. We bring decades of prayer experience and a team that prays morning, day, and night. You don't need to send us requests every week โ though you're welcome to. We pray whether you check in or not.
We believe business owners and their teams should know how to pray with confidence, consistency, and expectation.
Bob has spent forty years saying "Lord, teach me to pray." That single pursuit has made him one of the most experienced intercessors we've encountered. Now he and Amy bring that training to business owners, staff, and anyone who wants prayer to become a real, practiced part of their work life.
Business creates opportunities for one of God's children to solve a need for someone else. It is cooperation, exchange, creativity released on the earth. God shares a dream with us that we get to fulfill. Healthy businesses create and sustain healthy communities.
And yet the place where God's people spend the bulk of their time has been almost entirely overlooked when it comes to prayer. Most business owners have no one in their corner โ no one praying with expectation for their decisions, their staff, their families, and their legacy.
That is what Workplace Prayer exists to change.
"The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective."
James 5:16"Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper."
Jeremiah 29:7"Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven."
Matthew 6:10Specific, tangible, real-world results โ not abstract spiritual language.
For wisdom in decisions, vision for the next season, and priorities that align with God's purposes for your work.
For the right people in the right roles, for easing of tension, for culture that reflects God's goodness.
Legal challenges, economic pressures, hidden threats, and the kind of spiritual opposition that looks like bad luck.
For acceleration, for dreams that have been delayed too long, for the Lord's hand to be on what you're building.
Work and home are not separate in God's economy. We pray for peace and flourishing in both.
For the long tail of what you're building โ the community you affect, the lives you touch, the kingdom you advance.
So should you.
"We cannot tell you what a gift it is to know that God has called us to do this business and has surrounded us with prayer warriors. In all my life's walk, I have never known the presence of God like I do now."
"While you are praying in the supernatural, things are absolutely happening in the natural. I am SO grateful that you are on my side. Best. Investment. Ever."
"We want to keep praising God for the incredible way we see Him changing the hearts of our team to believe in and ask for prayer. Faith is starting to rise."
"When I started with Workplace Prayer, I had a list of things that felt like Mount Everest. As the year went by, it was like the Lord used that list as a checklist. Check, check, check, check, check. And then he gave even more."
Workplace Prayer was founded by Amy Lykosh and Bob Perry in 2020. Amy is an author, entrepreneur, and prayer advocate who holds a doctorate in intercession. Bob has spent more than forty years in daily prayer โ studying how people pray around the globe and throughout history, constantly deepening his own practice.
Together with our Advocate team, we pray morning, day, and night. Our leadership team prays together every morning. Our clients can join our Tuesday prayer calls, send requests anytime by email or text, and know that someone is in their corner โ whether they check in that week or not.
We care. We cheer. And we pray. That, as Bob once put it, is the summary of what Workplace Prayer does.
You face challenges in your business every day. We want to be the people who stand with you, pray for you, cheer for your dreams, and believe with you for God's best in your work.
